Allure Landscape Design is a professional landscape design and construction company, which has been operating since 1994 throughout Sydney and the Illawarra.
The company's director Craig Kenworthy is a qualified horticulturalist, holds a Diploma in landscape design as well as being a licenced structural landscaper.
The team at Allure, design and build landscapes with four basic but essential elements. Form - Function - Live - Life.
Innovative and functional, the landscapes we design and build are tailored to the client's lifestyle, budget and site.

Concept Plans
After the initial consultation, a fee proposal shall be forwarded to you outlining the costs involved in preparing the concept plan, with notes and recommendations based on your requirements as discussed.
To provide a more accurate concept plan, we ask you to provide us with a site/survey plan of your property, as well as any magazine cuttings/photos of items,landscapes that interest you.
This concept plan will give you an overall view of how your garden could be laid out, Planting schedule and materials information.
Our concept plans are in CAD formation, coloured and easy to read.
Quotations/Construction Project Management
At this stage the plans are drawn and the client is wishing to get their landscape built. As we designed the landscape, we are passionate about getting the job built as it was designed and as the client dreamed of.
-We coordinate our fully licenced landscapers to meet on site and plans given to each landscaper
- Landscapers to submit pricing according to plans
- Client/ Designer on site meeting to discuss quotations. Engagement of landscaper
- Project Management by Allure to ensure complete and finished project according to plans.
Initial Consultation
At the initial consultation, we will visit you at your property and talk with you about your ideas and desired outcomes. This is a brainstorming session with a lot of questions, sharing of ideas and listening to your needs. For some clients, a discussion and a throw around of some ideas are all they require, as the home owner may wish to construct the project themselves.
Factors such as functionality, views, building style, aspect, personal preferences, constraints, opportunities and budget will all be considered to develop your design needs.
Payment of consultation is required on completion of this session.
